An instrumental-with movie band from Tokyo, nenem is made up of some of the country’s leading session musicians, who collaborate to create a range of jazz funk fusion, rock and pop elements, whilst offering a musical and visual journey for their audience. The band consists of Taisuke Okua on drums, Makoto Migita on bass, Ryuchi on keyboards and Hajime Yamamoto on guitar; and they have just released their second studio album ‘nenem: deep shape blue’.
